Frequently Asked Questions
Our Frequently Asked Questions are a collection of common inquiries and requests we receive. We will continue to update this section often as the conference approaches.
If you are a Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) grant recipient, you should have received a letter outlining what part you should register under. If you are a RWHAP recipient and you did not receive this letter, please contact your project officer to determine what part you should register under. If you are not a RWHAP grant recipient, please select Other.
Your grant number can be found on your Notice of Award, item 4b.
If you are unsure of the category under which you should register, please contact your project officer.
You are a recipient if you receive your official Notice of Award directly from the Health Resources and Services Administration, HIV/AIDS Bureau. You are a subrecipient if you receive funding from a direct recipient organization. If you are a subrecipient, please select Subrecipient/Provider (under Other in the first step of the registration process) as your registration type.
If you are a Recipient, Federal Staff, or Technical Assistance Contractor/Provider, you will receive an update on your registration status within 10 business days of completing your registration. If you are a Consumer, Sub-recipient or Other RWHAP Stakeholder, you will receive an update on your registration status after registration closes.
